Replacement Policy
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
Conditions for Replacement
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of the issue (photo/video) is required. Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since our orders are on a Cash on Delivery basis, payment is collected only at the time of delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason, COD facility may be cancelled for future orders.
Refunds
As payment is collected via COD at delivery, advance payment refunds are not applicable. If an advance payment was taken for a specific reason and the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
